In the zeal to provide beautifully branded messages many people have become too intent on the specific words to the detriment of their personalities, their emotions and the basic rules of conversation.

Paramount to the effectiveness of any communicator is his or her ability to create and maintain charisma, character, and clarity. These can all be enhanced through work on delivery skills including movement, eye contact, gestures and voice.

Founder Cathy specializes in working with senior executives, domestically and internationally, to hone their high stakes communications, pitches and leadership delivery skills. She has over 20 years of professional and consulting experience and expertise. She started CCB Communications in 2003.

Tahra Millan is a distinguished executive with over twenty years of expertise in strategy, sales, and executive leadership coaching, focusing on the financial sector, tourism, and entertainment industries. As an Executive Communications Coach at CCB Communications since 2023, she brings a wealth of experience in simplifying complex models and storytelling through research, data analysis, messaging, and pitch structures.

Lisa holds a B.S degree in Advertising & Marketing from The University of Florida. As a creative and diligent graphic designer Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in the Marketing Industry. Her love for storytelling, captivating images and upbeat content led her to thrive and specialize as a Social Media content manager. As an award winning graphic designer Lisa is thrilled to work on the team with Coach Cathy.

Rene Hampton

Executive Assistant
Rene Hampton has over 30+ years experience spanning from various industries such as finance, consulting and healthcare. Rene comes to us most recently from Aetna, where she led a program where she worked with 10+ key vendor clients and played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives. Prior to Aetna, she excelled as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives at Fortune 500 companies such as Dean Witter, Accenture, and Aetna. Rene reports to Cathy Bonczek as her Executive Assistant.
