Leadership Development

In the zeal to provide beautifully branded messages many people have become too intent on the specific words to the detriment of their personalities, their emotions and the basic rules of conversation.

Paramount to the effectiveness of any communicator is his or her ability to create and maintain charisma, character, and clarity. These can all be enhanced through work on delivery skills including movement, eye contact, gestures and voice.

Cathy C. Bonczek

President & Owner
Founder Cathy specializes in working with senior executives, domestically and internationally, to hone their high stakes communications, pitches and leadership delivery skills. She has over 20 years of professional and consulting experience and expertise. She started CCB Communications in 2003.

Her responsibilities included being a member of the North American management team, driving new business development, leading the banking and finance team, running the company’s most significant worldwide account and spearheading a global organization that developed Rogen’s professional development program.

Tahra Millan is a distinguished executive with over twenty years of expertise in strategy, sales, and executive leadership coaching, focusing on the financial sector, tourism, and entertainment industries. As an Executive Communications Coach at CCB Communications since 2023, she brings a wealth of experience in simplifying complex models and storytelling through research, data analysis, messaging, and pitch structures.

With a decade-long role as an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, Tahra has honed her skills in strategic planning, leadership development, and executive communication. Mentoring over 500 professionals, many now in leadership roles, she has shaped the next generation of leaders. Tahra's influence extends to speaking engagements at prestigious institutions such as Columbia University, New York University, and the Wharton School of Business.

Tahra's partnerships with brands like Blue Man Group and the Tony Awards reflect her expertise in communication as an artform. As a Chief Marketing Officer, she has led teams through significant transitions, earning her the reputation of a community architect and change management expert.

Collaborating with hedge funds, global assets and private equity firms, Tahra provides one-on-one coaching for annual investor meetings, fund raising presentations, communications workshops, and empowering rising stars.

Lisa currently lives in Tampa Florida with her husband and two teenage children. In her free time, Lisa enjoys working as a certified personal trainer and spending time with her family. She is a proud Florida Gator and loves attending Tampa Bay area sporting events.
