Leadership Development

In the zeal to provide beautifully branded messages many people have become too intent on the specific words to the detriment of their personalities, their emotions and the basic rules of conversation.

Paramount to the effectiveness of any communicator is his or her ability to create and maintain charisma, character, and clarity. These can all be enhanced through work on delivery skills including movement, eye contact, gestures and voice.

President & Owner
Founder Cathy specializes in working with senior executives, domestically and internationally, to hone their high stakes communications, pitches and leadership delivery skills. She has over 20 years of professional and consulting experience and expertise. She started CCB Communications in 2003.

Her responsibilities included being a member of the North American management team, driving new business development, leading the banking and finance team, running the company’s most significant worldwide account and spearheading a global organization that developed Rogen’s professional development program.

Tahra L. Millan

Tahra L. Millan Executive Communications Coach Tahra Millan joins CCB Communications as an Executive Communications Coach where she draws upon 20 years of experience in the commercial theatrical entertainment and not-for-profit cultural arts industry.

As a behavior change strategist and marketer, she is renowned for her ability to curate and execute transformational media campaigns, events, and teams and has earned a reputation for excellence and impact. Throughout her career, Tahra has collaborated with some of the most prestigious arts brands and organizations, including Blue Man Group, the American Theatre Wing's Tony Awards, and the Broadway League. Her expertise has been instrumental in shaping the direction and success of these organizations and its senior executives, allowing them to connect with audiences in new and meaningful ways. As a passionate advocate for the arts and entertainment industry, Tahra has also shared her expertise with the next generation of leaders. She served as an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, where she co-designed a course on arts and entertainment marketing, inspiring and guiding future professionals to make their own impact in the industry. Tahra's unwavering commitment to innovation and transformation has earned her numerous accolades and recognition. She is widely regarded as a thought leader in her field, and her work continues to shape the direction of the arts and entertainment industry for years to come. Tahra holds a B.F.A. in Drama from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and an M.A. from the Program in Arts Administration at Teachers College, Columbia University. Tahra brings a unique combination of skills in public speaking, media training, creative writing, and mindfulness practice to her work. Tahra studied at Stella Adler Conservatory in New York City and trained in opera in Louisville, Kentucky.

Her love for storytelling, captivating images and upbeat content led her to thrive and specialize as a Social Media content manager. As an award winning graphic designer Lisa is thrilled to work on the team with Coach Cathy.

Lisa currently lives in Tampa Florida with her husband and two teenage children. In her free time, Lisa enjoys working as a certified personal trainer and spending time with her family. She is a proud Florida Gator and loves attending Tampa Bay area sporting events.
